ABOUT YOUR DELIVERY – The Majority of our orders are shipped using our in house delivery teams.
Once you have placed your order, it will be logged and processed, then a call made to you from sales to arrange and advise on delivery. This usually takes place the following day after the order.
We aim to deliver direct to your door within 7-14 business days of the order having been placed. At busier times and certain post code areas this can extend to 21 business days but rest assured that ‘Not Just Chairs’ will notify you via email or phone call if this is the case.
BEFORE YOUR DELIVERY - We will notify you in advance of all deliveries made to you either with tracking via email or with a call in advance on the number you have supplied with your order. Deliveries are carried out using in house delivery teams. For small courier items you will receive tracking information once shipped. All items are securely packed for transportation.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES - Estimated shipping times are included with your confirmation, we kindly advise you to make a note of these dates for future reference. If you have any special requirements please leave a note at checkout or email us. Please note that we currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland postcodes.
Before accepting your goods, please check your packaging for transportation damage and mark as damaged with the delivery driver if required.
LARGE ITEMS - Some larger items are two person delivery, please ensure access is safe and remove any potential hazards prior to arrival. If you are unsure how your item will be delivered to you please contact us.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER - We make every effort to ensure that you are available to accept your furniture items by advance notification by email, call or text. Due to the size and nature of furniture, delivery can be a challenging task. Please help us by ensuring that where possible you are available to accept your items, and please check that your delivery details and contact number supplied are up to date. If you are based in a remote location please notify us as not all specific addresses can show up on GPS navigation systems. Your help will be greatly appreciated where required.
