Our quality items are delivered to you by our own in-house teams to your home in the company vans to the room of your choice.

We aim to deliver direct to your door within 7-14 business days of the order having been placed.

At busier times and certain post code areas this can extend to 21 business days but rest assured that ‘High Life Interiors’ will notify you via email if this is the case.

​Terms And Conditions:

  • Your Right to Cancel:

In compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have a cancellation period where you may cancel your order and therefore your agreement with us. The cancellation period is any time up to fourteen working days after the day we have delivered the product to you. You must cancel your order in writing either by fax, letter or email. Our contact information can be found on the “Contact Us Page”. We must receive this communication within the 14 day period. The goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.

  • Returns:

1:We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return  item/s it is your responsibility to take good care of the product/s. You are the owner of the product/s once they have been delivered to you and you are liable for any loss or damage.

2:If the goods are returned for any other reasons other than being “defective” then you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning the goods to us. Alternatively we  Not Just Chairs Limited will collect the goods and charge you the direct cost of collection. If you wish to return your item/s for being defective, we may require you to send us photographic evidence.

3:The product/s that you wish to return must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging (including all labels and tags intact). Please be aware it is your responsibility to check that the packaging is not damaged. We ask that upon arrival you must examine your order for transportation damages. Damaged packaging may indicate that the product is also damaged. In this case, please refuse the order and contact  Not Just Chairs Limited within 4 days, remember to provide your order number and, if possible, photos showing the damage. Please check the item/s prior to letting the courier leave and do not sign for the item/s unless you are 100% satisfied.

4:By original condition we mean:

*you’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price.

*you haven’t used the product.

*the product contains no personal data and isn’t registered to a user.

5:Please be advised that you do have a duty of care for the products during the :period of cancellation of your order and the collection of the goods.

6: Not Just Chairs Limited  are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

7: Not Just Chairs Limited retain the right to refuse a refund on any item deemed to be unsaleable.

8: Not Just Chairs Limited retain the right to refuse returns if the item packaging is not retained and if it’s unsafe for our couriers to collect the item and bring it back to our warehouse.

9 Not Just Chairs Limited reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions have not been met. This does not affect your statutory rights.

10:The product/s will be inspected on return to ensure that the product has not been tampered with and is complete, including the instructions and any fittings. Refunds will only take place after the goods have been returned and inspected by our returns department, and deemed to be in a suitable condition. The customer accepts reasonable collection charges to return the goods and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product/s meet our terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

11:The following products are exempt from our returns policy:

*Bespoke Items / ‘Made to Order’ / Customised Special Orders:

  • Under UK law, the statutory cooling off period has certain exclusions:

Bespoke / Made To Order items. These are goods that have been ordered to the unique and exact specifications of a customer. All bespoke / Made To Order Items are clearly marked as such In the product description/s. All bespoke orders are excluded from the Consumer Rights Act.

  • Divan sets, pillows and mattresses:

Mattress covers, Mattresses, & Pillows are not covered under this policy due to hygiene reasons. Any mattresses that have been unsealed will be deemed as having been used. If a mattress is faulty or damaged, we will only be able to offer a replacement or repair.

*Flat Pack furniture:

No returns will be accepted on flat pack items on which assembly has been attempted (this includes damaged items).If you have attempted assembly yourself or appointed any third party to assemble and whilst assembly damage the item, we are not liable for the damage and unable to offer return or refund. We request you to fully check the item/s before you start to assemble.

  • Collection Charges & Cost Of Returns:

If the goods are returned for any other reasons than being “defective” then you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning the goods to us. Collection charges are applied on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the Product and where it is collected from. All collection charges will reflect our direct costs of collection and will be agreed with customers in advance. Alternatively you can return the product/s yourselves but must exercise reasonable care in doing so.

  • Refunds:

1:Any monies paid will be refunded by the method you used to pay us. It can take up to 21 days (usually sooner) for the refund to appear in your bank account, but we’ll keep you informed at each stage of our process. Not Just Chairs Limited  will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.

2:Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

  • Product Availability & Processing Of Your Order:

You will be informed of the likely approximate length of time until delivery at the point of order. All lead times quoted on our website are provided for indicative purposes, being based on typical service levels from the manufacturer or supplier, we use our best endeavours to quote accurate lead times however for reasons outside of our control occasionally expected lead times are longer. The product availability times we quote are estimates only, not guarantees. Every supplier has a different delivery time scale. We will contact you once we have confirmed stock status. Not Just Chairs Limited can not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss due to any reasonable delay or delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our reasonable control. We will inform you if expected lead times have extended beyond the dates quoted

  • Delivery & Collection:

1:We use our in house delivery teams also furniture delivery carriers and other major delivery companies to deliver your product .

2: Not Just Chairs Limited is not responsible for the goods once they have changed hands. The customer agrees that the name, phone number, email address and other contact information can be given by Not Just Chairs Limited  to the driver or any other shipping agent to coordinate deliveries and improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.  Not Just Chairs Limited not be liable for any loss or damage or injury or any other casualty incurred at the time of delivery under any circumstance.

3:Any change of delivery date, address or telephone number must be received in writing and called in to our delivery department at least 5 days before specified delivery date. We cannot deliver PO Boxes. Please use a valid street address for delivery of your order.

4:Please make sure the goods are checked during delivery. We ask that you check the item/s prior to letting the courier leave and do not sign for the item/s unless you are 100% satisfied. Once you have signed for the item you will be liable for any damage.In the event of damaged packaging you must make a note stating ‘Packaging Damaged’ when signing for the delivery, whilst the delivery driver/drivers are present. Please write in the notes section on the delivery docket if an item is not checked over or difficulty in checking an item. We accept no liability for damage/s unless this procedure is followed.

  • Delivery Access:

It is entirely your responsibility to make sure that the product/s measurements allow for easy delivery through doorways, passageways, stairways or any other way as you deem fit, and will fit into the living space of your choice. You must make sure access can be gained easily for the furniture to be delivered. You agree to be available to receive the product from the carrier at the time of delivery, and represent that the delivery address provided by you is accessible to trucking and delivery companies.

  • Failed Deliveries:

All deliveries require a signature by an adult over the age of 18. You agree to be available to receive the product/s from the carrier at the time/day of delivery, where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier, but the customer isn’t present to receive the delivery, or we fail to receive a signature,  Not Just Chairs Limited reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £50.00 to cover partial costs of the failed delivery.  Not Just Chairs Limited will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur due to any unexpected situations which are beyond our control such as severe weather conditions, breakdown, motorway traffic.

  • Prices:

Prices are subject to change at any time. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or any other error on any page on the web-site, brochure, promotional material or any other electronic or hard copy document,  Not Just Chairs Limited will have the right to refuse, cancel, modify, or take any action it may consider appropriate to address the error for any inquiry, quotation, purchase order or orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether an order confirmation has been sent or not, and/or any payment has been made or not. If one or more payments have already been made and your order is confirmed, accepted, refused, cancelled, or modified in such a case of incorrect price,  Not Just Chairs Limited will refund any payment or payments you have already made for such item or items. Such a Purchase order or orders will not be considered confirmed, and the item or items will not be shipped due to the non-validity of the purchase order or orders. In no event shall  Not Just Chairs Limited be liable to ship the product to the customer at the inaccurate price. While we strive towards our goal of a 100% error-free service, such mistakes can happen and we cannot guarantee that any or all content is accurate or complete, including price information, product specifications, lead time, or any other attribute listed. If we discover such errors, they will be corrected on our system using the best efforts on the part of Not Just Chairs Limited  , and the corrected price or other information will be notified to you, and will be applied to your purchase order/s.

  • Item Specifics / Colours:

Reproduction of colours is as accurate as possible, but please note colours in store may vary slightly from what is displayed on your monitor or in any printed material. We make every effort to display the colour of the furniture as accurately as possible. But as colour reproduction depends on your computer’s monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of the colour is accurate to the actual product. As variations may occur between batches, the colour of leather or fabric samples you have received from  Not Just Chairs Limited may vary slightly from colour of final product.

  • Payment

1:Full payment of the balance is to be made prior to receipt of whole or part of the goods. No company or personal cheques accepted.  Not Just Chairs Limited reserves the right to cancel any order / invoice. Not Just Chairs Limited  shall be entitled without prejudice to its other rights and remedies, to terminate or suspend the whole of or any part of any agreement between  Not Just Chairs Limited and the purchaser.

2:The Buyer agrees not to make any charge-backs and/or deny or reverse any payment made for Goods and will reimburse Not Just Chairs Limited  for any charge-backs, denial or reversal of payments the Buyer makes and any loss suffered by Not Just Chairs Limited  as a result.

  • Colours

Reproduction of colours is as accurate as possible, but please note colours in store may vary slightly from what is displayed your monitor or in any printed material. As variations may occur between batches, the colour of leather or fabric samples you have received from Not Just Chairs Limited  may vary slightly from colour of final product. It is your responsibility to ensure you are satisfied with the fabric / leather / colour option you select prior to placing your order.

If the purchaser elects to return items under the distance selling regulations they must be returned  Not Just Chairs Limited from which they were purchased. We must have been made aware, in a durable format of the intention to return the items within 14 days after the day received. The items must be received back in the same condition as they were when delivered, and the costs of returning the item/s must be paid for by the customer. Any items we supply to you will be of satisfactory quality. If we deliver an item to you that you consider not of a satisfactory quality, you can contact us with a view to repair or replacement or, if this is not possible, a refund. Ultimately, any changes a purchaser makes to an order must be notified to us in writing. In the event of order changes, there may be changes to delivery timescales and/or the price for the items.

  • Miscellaneous provisions:

The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract. Our products are chosen on the basis that they will be used for domestic use. If you are planning to use them for business purposes please make sure that you are covered by the appropriate insurance. Where you decide to use the products in the course of a business, we exclude (to the fullest extent permitted by law) those warranties and conditions relating to fitness for a particular purpose. Our maximum liability to business users arising out of or in connection with the products shall be limited to the replacement value of the product in question (except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or in respect of fraud). In relation to business users, we do not accept liability for the fitness of goods for business purposes, nor do we accept liability for loss of use of the item nor any loss over and above the cost of the item in the event of a claim for breach of warranty or condition. All our furniture are suitable for general domestic use only. For commercial use, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for safety standards or compliance unless you have requested, in writing, furniture for use in that environment and we have supplied relevant safety certification. In no event will Not Just Chairs Limited  or our suppliers be liable for special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of this agreement or out of the use of the site or for services provided by Not Just Chairs Limited , Including, without limitation, damages or costs relating to the loss of profits, business, goodwill, data, computer programs, loss of information or programs or other data on your information handling system, that arise out of or otherwise are related to the use of , or the inability to use the content or the site or any linked website, the statements of any third party on the site, or unauthorised access to the site, your transmissions, your account or your password, even if we are advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any similar claim against you by another party. The above exclusion of incidental and consequential damages may not be enforceable under some applicable laws, so such may not apply to you. In no case shallNot Just Chairs Limited  except liability for money damages exceeding the Not Just Chairs Ltd invoice amount paid by you for the product.  Not Just Chairs Limited (and its third party delivery providers) shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.Not Just Chairs Ltd Reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you and any changes will take effect on the day they are posted. Any such changes will be posted on this section of the website and your continued use of the website constitutes your agreement to be bound by the prevailing terms and conditions. You will be requested to read and accept these terms and conditions every time you place an order. For this reason, we encourage you to review them whenever you use this website to ensure that you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions. We also recommend to all our customers to print and retain a copy of the terms and conditions for future reference.
